Wyatt Prunty has published seven books of poetry including Unarmed and Dangerous and Since the Noon Mail Stopped.  His poems and essays have appeared in The New Yorker, The New Republic, and American Scholar. Prunty is Ogden D. Carlton Professor of English at the University of the South and directs the Sewanee Writers’ Conference and the Tennessee Williams Fellowship and residency program.
